A Valuable Investment in Your Future

Because earning an advanced degree is an important investment in the future of your career, we’re committed to making your graduate studies affordable and accessible. We work with students to accommodate their needs and provide them with as much assistance as possible.

While Pell grants are not applicable to graduate students, you may apply for federal aid and loans, private loans, and scholarships.  Students can also use applicable military benefits as well as employer reimbursement programs for their educational expenses.  SEU has Financial Aid staff dedicated to assisting graduate students, and our Ohio staff can help you as well.

Tuition and Fees

At $495 per credit hour and with fees, the estimated cost for the M.A. in Ministerial Leadership degree (36 credit hours completed in 3 semesters) is $18,270.

The technology fee per semester is $150.
Books and miscellaneous charges are not included in the tuition price.

Federal and state financial aid is available for qualified applicants and can include grants and/or loan programs. Tuition is due and payable by the first class session of each cohort term. Payment can be made by cash, check, credit card, university payment plan, approved scholarships, employer reimbursement program or any combination of these payment options.

Completing the FAFSA

All students are required to submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year in order to be eligible for financial aid.  As you complete the application, indicate that you want your financial aid analysis information sent to Southeastern University (the SEU FAFSA code is 001521). Upon receipt of your FAFSA information from the federal processor, SEU will email you login instructions for accessing the Web portal where you can track your financial aid status and missing items. The information you provide on the FAFSA will be processed to determine your eligibility for all financial awards and loans. It is important to have completed your family’s most recent income tax return(s) before you submit the FAFSA.
